Patrick Swayze man of the hour.

THE LIFE of Patrick Swayze has come to an end. Monday, September 14, 2009 the hunky star known for his swaying hips in Dirty Dancing passed away, surrounded by his wife and family.
I remember as a young teenager watching Swayze and wishing I could dance with him. He was so sexy and he difinitely had a move that left you feeling hot under the collar. I saw him in Ghost where his tender side showed and with that movie you wanted to cry. His latest show was the the Beast where he play a police officer, I thought he did amazing in the show despite being so ill and refusing to take ant pain killers. He was a good clean actor that respected his craft and perfected it. I will definitely miss watching him. I hope his soul is resting in peace after the agony he went through

Loosing the Fat off my Gut and not My Butt.

I am looking to lose about 15lbs and mainly it's in the stomach area which is the hardest to loose. I have been researching different diets that people are talking about, since I am not an expert on dieting.All I want to do is lose the fat off my gut and leave my butt. Having a nice toned butt always look good in a pair of Apple bottom jeans.
First I should explain that I have no self disciple, love cakes and cookies, bad combination. Ok, so back to my research, I had no idea the mountainous amount of diets out there. Some are healthy choices, some fads and some just plain old crazy. The nutritional values on some of these diets will leave you craving at the end of the day and of course that's where cheating comes in. First, I am a night eater, since that's when I really feel hungry and I have no tolerance for hunger.

These are just a few that I came across. There is one that I may just try to kick start the weight reduction journey and it is.......Cabbage Soup Diet

Taking it because it's good for you

People are becoming more and more health conscious as our environment become more prevelent with illness and diseases.SAD Standard American Diet is not so standard because some people have decide not to follow the diet whether by choice or by situation. And, the few that are taking supplementation are not getting the daily requirement. Today start a normal, slow paced day with not a lot planed but hoping to get somethings done.Then, the day turned into a sad day that caused for a lot of reflection on life.The events of the day can turn on you, and causes a mirage of things felt but not there. The event of a passing of a love one can surface emotions lock away without salvaging any selfishness. Your thoughts are no longer focused on you, thinking only of the victims of this passing.
So, let us take each day for what it is and be the kindest, most caring human being. Living our life to it's fullest, the way God intended it.

Another crazy day

It's one of those where there is not enough time in the day for everything that needs to be done. Don't I wish I could just a couple more hours to my days ah. I have a wedding that I need to attend for four pm and it's 2;30pm and my hair is not done and I know it's going to take me at least half an hour to curl. Right now, I am searching for online trading school that offers free trading courses, no luck as of yet. It's just one of those crazy days where too much things are happening with too little time.
I have been doing some reading on my own time and I find the info really good. Well, the journey continues and I am off to get all dolled up. See you soon.

Taking on a new challenge.

Hey everyone, Welcome again to my blog, it's great that you are here.
Well, I am under taking a new project which is studying about penny stocks, knowing all I need to know then, to start trading. It is something I have always wanted to do but, was a little apprehensive.
Until, quiet recently I read a post one of my Ehow friends'smileatme' wrote and got the courage. I respect her for her knack at making money online and being a fierce business woman.
My journey has started and I am reading everything I can about penny stocks. I will be posting my progress here on a daily basis or maybe every other day.
I will be opening an account at E-trade. I guess that's the first step.

John Hughes has left the building

This almost seems like a memorial site. John Hughes died of a heart attack on Monday, August 6th 2009. It is reported that he had a no resuscitate order which was honored by doctors. It is tragic what happen but, it was his wish to let nature takes it's course. Each of us has our own thought on the matter and in my case I would want the doctors to do everything to save me. On the other hand I would also like to have a decent quality of life. So, with that said and done we salute you John Hughes and RIP
