
I am looking to lose about 15lbs and mainly it's in the stomach area which is the hardest to loose. I have been researching different diets that people are talking about, since I am not an expert on dieting.All I want to do is lose the fat off my gut and leave my butt. Having a nice toned butt always look good in a pair of Apple bottom jeans.
First I should explain that I have no self disciple, love cakes and cookies, bad combination. Ok, so back to my research, I had no idea the mountainous amount of diets out there. Some are healthy choices, some fads and some just plain old crazy. The nutritional values on some of these diets will leave you craving at the end of the day and of course that's where cheating comes in. First, I am a night eater, since that's when I really feel hungry and I have no tolerance for hunger.

These are just a few that I came across. There is one that I may just try to kick start the weight reduction journey and it is.......Cabbage Soup Diet
